These terms govern your use of the Tawazun Soft website and describe the general conditions under which we present our products and services. A signed proposal, order, or service agreement always takes precedence over this page for a specific project.
Acceptance
By browsing tawazunsoft.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Using the contact form, requesting a demo, or starting a project also means you accept the parts of these terms that apply to that request.
Our services
Tawazun Soft provides software products, Odoo ERP implementation, integrations, custom development, training, and support. Descriptions on this website are for information and marketing. Features, scope, timelines, and fees for a client engagement are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract.
Use of the website
You may view and share public pages for legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to break security, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit false or unlawful content through the form, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse you without permission.
Demos, quotes, and contracts
A free consultation or demo does not create a paid engagement. Prices, licences, implementation days, and support hours are valid only when stated in a written quote and for the period shown on that quote. Work starts after we receive the agreed deposit or purchase confirmation, unless the contract says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us, for obtaining any approvals needed in your organisation, and for using our software and Odoo environments in line with applicable licences and local law (including e-invoicing, labour, and data-protection rules in your country). You remain the owner of your business data.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, product names, and our own software remain the property of Tawazun Soft or our licensors. Odoo and other third-party names belong to their owners. Unless a contract says otherwise, we grant you a licence to use deliverables for your internal business, not the right to resell our products or reuse our code for another customer.
Confidentiality
Both sides should treat non-public business, technical, and pricing information as confidential and use it only to evaluate or deliver the project. This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Warranties and third-party platforms
We deliver professional services with reasonable skill and care. The website is provided “as is”. We do not control third-party platforms we integrate with (including Odoo, payment, delivery, e-commerce, or government APIs) and we are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, or licence terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tawazun Soft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from use of the website or from a delay caused by a third-party platform. For a paid project, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim, unless the signed contract sets a different cap or the law forbids a limitation.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Cairo have jurisdiction over disputes about the website, unless a signed client contract names another law or forum. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision. If you continue to use the website after a change, the new terms apply. Project contracts already signed are not changed by this page unless both parties agree in writing.
